Job Opening for Funeral Director/ apprentice Funeral Director

We are a family owned Funeral Home with several locations in Montana and North West Dakota. Please visit our website at www.stevensonandsons.com. We have a few positions open for a Funeral Home Manager, a Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer or an apprentice/intern wanting to become fully licensed as a Funeral Director/Embalmer. Applicants would need to meet the requirements of the State of Montana or North Dakota to be licensed as Funeral Director/embalmer or an apprentice/intern.

Our Funeral Homes are all “state of the art” beautiful locations. While other Funeral Homes have struggled in the past few years our organization has grown dramatically. We feel this is due to our primary goal of always doing whatever it takes to meet the needs of the families we deal with. We have worked hard to have a great reputation in the communities we serve. This would give you an opportunity to learn the funeral profession from a progressive caring business. We are a family owned business with management that is involved on a daily basis with the operations of the funeral home. The owners work side by side with all employees and we work together as a team. We are not a large uncaring corporation; we care about our staff and consider ourselves one large family.

The positions open are in our eastern Montana and North Dakota funeral homes. At these locations we average 250-275 calls a year in one and about 120 in the other. The towns are located in scenic Eastern Montana North Dakota. It is a hunting and fishing paradise offering a relaxed lifestyle and a great place to raise a family. This would be a salaried position with a competitive salary DOE, along with great benefits including paid vacation, 401k, insurance, clothing allowance and more.
